Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the JRD Connect iOS app, provided by JRD Companies LLC.

Licence

Your use of JRD Connect is also governed by Apple’s standard End User Licence Agreement for apps distributed on the App Store, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Subscription terms

JRD Connect requires a paid auto-renewable subscription. There is no free tier and no free trial.
Plans are sized by the number of business locations you operate and start at $99.00 per month for one location. The price you will be charged is always shown in the app, in your own currency, before you confirm.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renew is switched off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policy, not by JRD Companies.

Acceptable use

You may use JRD Connect for your own business operations. Do not attempt to breach or probe the security of the service, interfere with other customers, or resell access without our written agreement. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Your data

The business data you put into JRD Connect remains yours. How we handle it is set out in the privacy policy.

Accuracy and reliance

JRD Connect presents pricing, margin, gallon and accounting figures drawn from third-party sources including public competitor pricing, supplier price notices and invoices, and QuickBooks Online. Every figure is labelled with its source and the time it was retrieved, and any value the app cannot verify is shown as UNKNOWN rather than as a number. Even so, these figures are provided for operational guidance and are not financial, accounting or tax advice. Verify figures against your own records before relying on them for pricing, reporting or filing decisions.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change as the product develops.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JRD Companies LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.
