Margin is your retail price minus your actual wholesale cost, in cents per gallon. Cost comes from the price notices and fuel invoices your suppliers already send, not from an estimate. Every figure carries the source it came from and the time it was pulled, and anything the app cannot verify reads UNKNOWN instead of quietly showing a zero.
Connect QuickBooks Online to read gross profit and net income for a location across the day, the week, the month or year to date. Gallons sold break out by grade over the same periods. JRD Connect reads from QuickBooks; it does not write to your company file and it cannot move money.
Automotive locations get a day and week scheduling calendar, kept completely separate from fuel operations. Fuel screens stay fuel screens and service screens stay service screens.
